In accordance with the provisions of the Law article number 18 144/2015, September 8, oValho.pt informs its Customers, who are consumers in the definition provided by the Law, that the complete List of Entities (RAL) – Alternative consumer resolution disputes in Portugal is available for consultation at the Consumer website http://www.consumidor.pt/.
oValho.pt also informs its customers, who are consumers, of the existence of an online dispute platform that can be used when the parties are living in an EU State – RLL can be accessible at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
